Several customers across our network elect to render payment for their service repairs and parts via credit card. To maintain competitive pricing for all customers, we are enacting a three percent (3%) credit card surcharge, in-person or by phone. The credit card payment portal can be accessed below and will be subject to the 3% surcharge.
In light of the new credit card surcharge policy, Palmer Trucks has explored other convenient means through which our customers can avoid credit card fees and remit fast and easy payment. A secure, online ACH payment portal for desktop and mobile is now available and can be accessed below. ACH payments will not incur processing fees, and we encourage you to use the ACH payment portal.
