Honoring our heroes: America's truck drivers

Truck drivers are the ones who keep our country moving forward around the clock. These 3.5 million men and women routinely sacrifice for a demanding and often thankless job.

While the world faces changing and evermore challenging times, trucks keep rolling onward – moving medicine, food, clothing and other critical supplies Americans need. Throughout the past year, not only were birthdays, anniversaries and family put to the side - uncertain environments were entered – all in the pride and honor of performing one of the country’s most grueling jobs.

Across our region, mothers and fathers, brothers and sisters, sons and daughters, drove through the night across rural farmlands and cities – all in the name of keeping our country moving forward. Our team met our country’s truck drivers in the wee hours, every day and every night, making sure trucks moved to their final destination safely and efficiently.

Palmer Trucks is honored to safely serve these brave men and women in their essential work, and we cannot express enough gratitude for their sacrifice – a sacrifice that touches our own families and livelihoods.

This year, September 12 – 18 marks the American Trucking Association’s National Truck Driver Appreciation Week. To celebrate, we are offering company-wide parts specials and service specials above and beyond our usual programs, along with honoring the stories of our unsung heroes – as we do each and every day.
