Jacob Nichols, co-president and chief human resource officer at Palmer Trucks, has been selected to serve as a line representative on the board of directors for American Truck Dealers (ATD), a key voice for truck dealers nationwide with the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA).

A Leadership Role That Matters

Jacob’s appointment to the ATD board is a meaningful recognition of the respect and confidence he’s earned throughout our industry. In this role, he represents Kenworth dealers across the country, helping shape the decisions, programs, and advocacy efforts that support truck dealers and their customers.

He works to create an environment where our team can grow and succeed, and where customers feel confident they’re working with a dealership that truly understands the day-to-day realities of the trucking industry. Serving on the ATD board enables him to apply that same practical perspective beyond our walls and contribute to conversations that impact dealers nationwide.
