They've had my truck for 3 weeks, still not repaired. Blamed electrical issues on the batteries....waiting 2 weeks for turnsignal stalk...SERVICE AFTER THE SALE IS THE WORST.....

UPDATE.... Told truck was ready...went to pick up the truck...still had dashboard issues....a/c controls still not fixed......no a/c in the bunk....only hot air and on top of that they lied to me about how a/c controls work.....I've been in this business for 28 years probably longer than anyone at this shop has had a job.

This vendor is outstanding. They are highly professional and completely honest. This is my top choice for parts and service. Mike in the parts department is exceptional, and Bobby runs a flawless operation at this location.

"Had a pretty rough experience here. Bunch of unpleasant people work at this location, not very nice at all and not very customer service friendly. They roll their eyes at you and be condescending. I spent 35 minutes on the phone registering everything and all I'm trying to do is give them the ticket number and give them the keys. I did all the work for you and you going to roll your eyes at me and complain that no one called you? Had to scream the ticket number at him because he just kept talking and rolling his eyes then he finally went quiet. We all know you're a little slow in this part of the country but learn to listen before you speak if you can't handle the job work somewhere else."

With as many dealerships there is out there your best bet is to stay away from this one I know all salesman stretch the truth to make a sale but John Looney just flat out lies to you!!! And by the time you realize he has lied to you it’s too late to do anything about it!!!! The shop put a wet kit on here and did a bad job so the shop isn’t any better than the salesman

Parts department has always gone above and beyond for myself and my shop. They are always professional and prompt. Even the delivery drivers are courteous and professional. Will continue to use them for years to come. We order from them and they are not even our closest dealer but they get it right and do right by their customers.
