I would like to take this opportunity to share my experience with Kenworth of Dayton.
First I want to thank everyone there who helped make my truck purchase a smooth process.A special thank you goes to Jessica,who truly went above and beyond. She took the time to present several options so I could find the right truck for my needs,coordinated getting the truck transported from Indiana to Dayton and made sure every detail was handled.There were a few minor repairs needed,and every issue was addressed thoroughly and professionally.On top of that she worked out a deal that I was genuinely happy with.
This isn't a paid promotion or exaggerated review.Im speaking from my real experience.I can confidently vouch for Jessica and her team.If you're in the market for a new or used truck,I highly recommend giving them a shot.

Hi my name is DOUG I do want to take the time and thank you Kenworth of Dayton Ohio, you truly made my experience very memorable, this all started out my engine light came on and diagnose the problem with our mechanic at the shop. My boss said get it to the nearest Kenworth dealership I first started in Columbus Ohio and they had a four day wait, what I needed done was the TURBO- ACTUATOR, which was faulty a warranty problem, called Dayton Kenworth, talked to the service rep Sarah which was very very helpful she said they had a day wait, I checked in Tuesday, August 18 at 21:00 Spend the night in the truck there, and they took me in gave me a call at 13:00 on the 19th, tore down the truck, and the part was ordered and came in the next day I was on a deer on the 20th, gentlemen this is a very clean facility the service is outstanding The drivers lounge is very clean, and most of all Sarah and the whole team the mechanics the service reps they’re also STEVE the service rep there Integrity is out standing there upfront and they do not BSU. I’ve been to Kenworth dealerships all over to Country from Seattle Washington, 2 New Jersey, this Kenworth of Dayton Ohio is top notch. The drivers lounge is real clean good TV reception, I stayed two nights they got a great motel with shuttle service which I recommend also Baymount of Huber Heights Ohio, but overall thank you again Sarah you are an outstanding rep. Drivers I recommend this Kenworth of Dayton Ohio very highly. If there were 10 stars to give they get 10 stars. Again this is a very very clean facility. Thank you ownership for making my experience very Worthwild.

Had to get the truck fixed. Around 6pm they were done but I was out of hours. I hook up to the trailer, parked out of the way, truck is off and plenty of room not bothering anyone. 10 at night I get kicked out, not allowed to park overnight.

Closest truck stop was full, 45 minutes away anf those truck stops are full, all rest areas are closed.

Poor customer service
I called them at 2:50 pm and asked about part.
Then, I called at 3:10 pm to tell them to put part for a pick up, but their phone was saying that they were closed, but in google it’s written they close at 4 pm. I drove there and arrived 3:58 , when I tried to enter, they told me that they are closed and will not help me , because they shut down computers already. I drove there from Cincinnati, but they couldn’t help me, even if it would take them 10 minutes at the most.
When I told them so, they said they place to go.

This is how they treat customers😡😡😡😡

The guys are working very fast and professionally. My kw t680 built pressure and flowed out antifreeze before than dealership i showed 2-3 shops they charging me, but there no reason. After I come to the dealership Monday, they diagnose blown head gasket leaking after I give permission mechanic head off and resuming in 3 day my paccar mx13 engine. Of course, it is labor expensive, but for professionalism and operational work, 10 stars. Thank you, guys.
