My drag link failed, and the closest place along my route was TRP Greenville. From the moment I arrived, everyone was amazing—friendly, welcoming, and professional.
As soon as the shop opened, they diagnosed the issue and had the required parts delivered within two hours thanks to their affiliation with KW Dayton. Special recognition goes to Travis—he explained every detail clearly and handled everything efficiently and on time. Travis is truly the gem of this shop.
All the work was completed during my off-duty period, which I really appreciated. TRP Greenville has earned a spot on my top list of shops, alongside KW Aberdeen and KW McKees Rocks. I know almost all KW dealers 😉
Yes, labor isn’t cheap—but the service is fast, professional, and safe, which makes it worth it.
