Several customers across our network choose to pay for their service repairs and parts by credit card. To maintain competitive pricing for all customers, we are enacting a three percent (3%) credit card surcharge, in-person or by phone. The credit card payment portal can be accessed below and will be subject to the 3% surcharge.


In light of the credit card surcharge policy, Palmer Trucks offers other convenient options for our customers to avoid credit card fees and make fast, easy payments. A secure, online ACH payment portal for desktop and mobile is now available and can be accessed below. ACH payments will not incur processing fees, and we encourage you to use the ACH payment portal.

ITC Acceptance Co. is our financing division that handles and processes all truck financing for all Palmer Trucks locations.
